Food Research Organization and Hamamatsu
University School of Medicine revealed that four mandarin oranges a day can reduce

β-cryptoxanthin
rich in mandarin orange, which is one of the carotenoid pigments contained widely in fruits
and vegetables, is thought to be effective in keeping bones healthy, also known
as an antioxidative component to protect DNA from active oxygen.
